Service description

This is the Giobby solution for Medium and Large Companies: you can choose the number of users, offices/shops and the training hours you need.

It includes all the following features:

Cloud ERP (estimates, orders, invoices, balance sheets, visual reports, projects, production, warehouses, agenda, calendar, email, etc).

CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Social collaboration to reinforce partnerships and business relationships.

Company Portal with company description and showroom useful for eCommerce.

eCommerce fully integrated with ERP (categories, products, orders, estimates, warehouses, price lists, purchases, shipments, payment methods).

B2B with access to the reserved area for registered customers (product catalog and dedicated price list, order transmission and invoices, download documents, messages, news, partnership opportunities).

App (with CRM), available for iOS and Android.

API is available to integrate and connect your software applications.

Data backup is possible on request.

Dedicated Cloud. High Performance. Monitoring and Assistance. In-house servers are optional.

Easy Start is a complete service for the START phase to save time and start using Giobby with ease. One of our experts will be available to help you make the most of our platform. NB: Implementation timing is 7 working days.

Training. The training hours you need
 with one of our senior experts. Our team will follow you step by step with patience and will help you get to know Giobby’s full potential in terms of ERP, eCommerce and Social collaboration. You can schedule one or more meetings with our experts on working days whenever you prefer from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

Data import.
You can request the import of 3 lists. We will enter your data into your database (e.g. customers, suppliers, and products). You'll be ready to start in a few days.

Print templates. We customize for you 5 printing templates of the documents you are interested in (e.g. Order, Invoice). You'll finally be able to create eye-catching printouts of your documents, which you can print or send via email or electronically in B2B.

Giobby Care: Giobby will provide you with daily assistance. Support could be provided directly by Giobby's Team (Digitalsoft Srl).

Helpdesk Service is dedicated to assisting our customers on working days from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The service will be provided by e-mail (expert@giobby.com), Tickets, Messages.

License Duration is 12 months. It is not automatically renewed.

Payment Term. It must be made in advance for the annual amount by credit card (even through PayPal, with no need for registration), PayPal, or bank transfer.
