This is the Giobby solution up to unlimited users and offices / stores.

It includes all features:
Cloud ERP (estimates, orders, invoices, balance sheets, visual reports, projects, production, warehouses, agenda, calendar, email, etc),

CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Social collaboration to reinforce partnerships and business relationships,

Company Portal (nomeazienda.giobby.com) with company description and showroom useful for eCommerce.

eCommerce is integrated with ERP (categories, products, orders, estimates, warehouses, price lists, purchases, shipments, payment methods).

B2B is qualified by a reserved area for customers and suppliers connected with you (product catalog and dedicated price list, order transmission and invoices, download documents, messages, news, partnership opportunities).

App (with CRM) is available for iOS and Android.

Furthermore, Business Membership includes the "Easy Start" Service.

Easy Start is a complete service useful at the beginning of your new experience in Giobby. It’s useful to save time and easily start using the platform. One of our experts will be available to help you in finding Giobby out.

Training: 3 hours with one of our senior experts. Our team will follow you step by step with patience and will help you to know Giobby full potential in terms of ERP, eCommerce and Social collaboration. You can schedule one or more meetings with our experts on working days at times you prefer from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The service will be provided by Phone or Skypecall by our Team or by a Giobby Partner.

Data import: you can request the import of 3 lists. We care to entry data in your data base (e.g. customers, suppliers and products). You will be ready for starting in few days.

Print templates: we customize for you 5 document print templates (e.g. Order, Invoice). You can create “sexy” document to print or to send by email or electronically in B2B through your own Company Portal.

App (with CRM) is available for iOS and Android.

API are available to integrate and connect your software applications

Dedicated Cloud: High Performance. Monitoring and Assistance. In-house servers are optionals

Customizable: it is completely customizable in order to better meet your company requests. Contact us to get a customized offer for you.

Development customized and integrated solutions (point of sale management, product configurator, warehouse, logistics, production, maintenance, etc.)

Giobby Expert: it’s our service to take care of our Enterprise customers. Giobby will be by your side every day to help you to solve all problems related to data management, flows and documents.

Helpdesk Service: it is dedicated to our customers on working days from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The service will be provided by e-mail (expert@giobby.com), Tickets, Messages.

Partners: Support could be provided by a Giobby Partner or directly by Giobby's Team (Digitalsoft Srl).

Licence Duration: it is 12 months and it’s not tacitly renewed.

Payment Term: it must be made in advance for the annual amount by credit card, paypal or bank transfer.
